PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a failure of a nozzle chip fitted detachably in a dispensing apparatus. SOLUTION: A nozzle chip 12 is detachably fitted at a chip mount part 10. A pressure detection part 16 is arranged between a dispensing pump 14 and the chip mount part 10. The chip 12 is moved from above to below and a leading end of the nozzle chip 12 is faced to or inserted in an insertion hole 26A. At this time, the leading end of the chip if displaced confronts or collides against a butt face 26B. The state is detected with the use of discharging or suction of the air. An upper plate of a chip rack is utilizable as a member 26. Correction data can be acquired by detecting the collision at each point. |
