A method for online sales and integrated management by partial participation of franchises is provided to correctly/quickly offer diverse goods to a customer with a minimum goods management space by making each local franchise manage members, share the goods, and keep materials of a high rotation ratio, and making a head office jointly keep the materials of the low rotation ratio. A central management server receives a member registration request from a franchise terminal by receiving information for the new customer(S10). The central management server registers the new customer as the member and assigns a code to the registered customer by fixing the franchise requesting registration as the charged franchise of the registered customer(S20). The central management server provides the information for the goods kept by the head office and each franchise to a customer terminal after authenticating the connected customer terminal(S30). If an order is received from the customer terminal, the central management server registers an order statement to a corresponding franchise management region of a central management sever in real time(S40).
