FIELD: wood-working industry, in particular, equipment of shops for production of millwork and construction products. ^ SUBSTANCE: the press has a bed with members of vertical clamping shield, lateral horizontal clamping beam, pressure hydraulic cylinders coupled to the beam and the stops in the bed, all fastened on it, a control system. The members of vertical clamping are made in the form of the upper and lower drive rollers, the upper clamping rollers are mounted in spring-loaded frames and connected in a common kinematic mechanism by means of a chain drive and the horizontal clamping beam is installed between the upper and lower press rollers and through hinges is coupled to the pressure hydraulic cylinders that are hinge-joined to the press bed. ^ EFFECT: reduced specific quantity of metal, enhanced power capacity, enhanced safety of press operation. ^ 1 dwg |
