The drums are fitted with cutting edges and form leaf separating cells in the operating area. Bearing supports of the actively rotating drums on the outer side of the endless chain are enveloped with infinite flexible element. The apparatus for tobacco leaf separation is equipped with a pair of rollers mounted straight before leaf separating cells of the endless chains. ^ EFFECT: increasing performance reliability of the apparatus for tobacco leaf separation and enhancing its output capacity. ^ 3 dwg
