FIELD: medicine, endoprosthetics. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating severe bilateral degenerative-dystrophic diseases of hip joints. One should fulfill surgical access, treatment of a cavity, implantation of a cup, preparation of femoral canal, implantation of endoprosthesis' peduncle and caput and endoprosthesis resetting at every articulation. One should start the operation upon the second hip joint after finishing the implantation of endoprosthesis' cup upon the first one. Further, surgical stages upon hip joints should be carried out at a certain preset time interval. The innovation enables to optimize the procedure of bilateral endoprosthetics of hip joints, decrease the risk for the onset of intrasurgical complications. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency. ^ 1 ex |
