A heat radiation and dehumidification system of an integrated air conditioner is provided to prevent an increase in a unit cost and reduce power consumption according to installation and operation of a heating unit by preventing a decrease of a temperature generated in a dehumidification mode. A compressor(10) compresses a refrigerant into a state of high temperature and pressure. A condenser(20) is connected with the compressor for cooling the compressed refrigerant. An expansion valve(30) is connected with the condenser and expands the cooled refrigerant into a state of low temperature and pressure. An evaporator(40) connects the expansion valve with the compressor, cools indoor air by the medium of the expanded refrigerant, formed of first and second independent heat exchanging units(42,44). Bypass pipes(L5, L6) connect an outlet pipe of the compressor with an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe of the second heat exchanging unit. Direction changing valves(50,52) are installed at a confluence point of the inlet pipe and the outlet pipe of the second heat exchanging part, and the bypass pipe. The direction changing valves circulate a part of the refrigerant selectively discharged from the compressor according to a control signal, to the second heat exchanging part.
