<p>A cement replacement composition useful as a concrete additive is provided to reuse reject fly ash, glass polishing agent sludge and/or paper-making sludge to replace typical cement with the composition by admixing coarse reject fly ash generated during purification of fly ash for ready-mixed concrete with the glass polishing agent sludge and the paper-making sludge to form the composition. The cement replacement composition comprises: 40-60wt.% of reject fly ash having specific surface area of 2,000-2,900cm^2/g; 5-15wt.% of paper-making sludge having specific surface area of 5,000-8,000cm^2/g; and the balance of glass polishing agent sludge in dried condition having specific surface area of 5,000-10,000cm^2/g. The composition has blain specific surface area of more than 2,800cm^2/g and is used to replace typical cement.</p> |
