Provided is a method for cultivating bean sprouts, which prevents bean sprouts from going rotten by turning the bean sprouts upside down periodically and produces bean sprouts having uniform length. The method for cultivating bean sprouts comprises the steps of: (S1) soaking selected beans in diluted charcoal-pyroligneous liquid for 1-3 hours; (S2) feeding underground water of 18-20‹C to the soaked beans in a cultivation room of 18-23‹C six times a day; (S3) growing roots of bean sprouts by turning the beans upside down once a day for three days after the beans start rooting; (S4) dipping the bean sprouts in diluted charcoal-pyroligneous liquid to be stirred; and (S5) washing the bean sprouts with underground water of 18-20‹C 1-2 days after the stirring step. |
