A mat for golf training is provided to absorb shock of a head when a user exercises swing to prevent the user from being hurt, to be easily carried, and to be used conveniently by being put on the bottom of a golf training place. The mat for golf training includes a fixing plate, a rubber plate(20), at least one or more support bodies(25) and an artificial lawn(1) attached on the upper surface of the rubber plate(20). The fixing plate is fixed on the bottom. The rubber plate(20) is placed on the upper end of the fixing plate(50). The support body(25) is formed on the bottom of the rubber plate(20). The artificial lawn(1) is attached on the upper surface of the rubber plate(20). On the edge of the rubber plate(20), a side wall adhered to the side of the fixing plate is formed. A holding part is formed on the lower end of the side wall of the rubber plate.
