A transfer cart for heavy cargos is provided to safely and conveniently perform a work by using a detachable rotating body to easily rotate the heavy work cargo to a desired position. A transfer cart for heavy cargos, used in a working site, includes a rotating body(3) detachably formed in an upper side thereof, a ball supporting body formed around the rotating body to receive a ball, and an adjustor(4) installed in the upper side of the rotating body. The rotating body includes a rotating plate rotatably installed in the upper side thereof. If necessary, the adjustor is placed on the rotating plate and is coupled with the rotating plate by a screw in order to lift a mold loaded on the rotating plate higher. The rotating body is assembled and disassembled by a fastening device(31). When the adjustor is coupled with the rotating plate, a sufficient space is secured and a fork of a fork lift enters the space to conveniently lift the mold.
