PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus, programs and a method for image filing, which can effectively review whether or not acquired images are necessary and arrange them, and a recording medium therefor. SOLUTION: The image filing method has an image acquisition step for acquiring images from the outside, an image storage step for storing the acquired images, an image display step for selecting images to display them, a first not-displayed image extraction step for extracting images which are not selected and not displayed at the image display step among the images stored in the image memory, and a notification step for notifying the images extracted at the first not-displayed image extraction step.
