PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator car capable of fixing a door machine support, without disposing a door machine support arm for fixing the door machine support above the elevator car body. SOLUTION: The elevator car 100 vertically moves in an elevator shaft 20. The elevator car 100 is equipped with a car body 1, a car floor 5 where the car body is placed and fixed, and a car frame 3 which is connected to the car floor 5, disposed at the side of the car body 1, and a car frame 3 holding the car body 1 from the side. A car upper safety fence 4 disposed above the car body 1 is connected to the car frame 3, and the door machine 6 support for supporting the door machine 7 is connected to the car floor 5 at the upper end part.
