PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luggage carrier of drawout type for an automobile capable of installing sustainingly accessory components in a region where the luggage carrier can be drawn out, free of problem in terms of corrision, and allowing even an unfamiliar person to manipulate easily. SOLUTION: A guide molding 5 has an upper band 9 forming an inner side shaped body and furnished with a slit stretching in the longitudinal direction, while a support molding 6 has a U-form cross-section and is placed as covering the guide molding 5 from above, and these guide molding 5 and the support molding 6 are tied together by the upper band 9 or a web 34 and coupled so as to make supporting through a tying device penetrating the slit 10 in the longitudinal direction of the guide molding 5.
