The present invention discloses a traditional Chinese medicine preparation for cardio-cerebral blood vessel diseases, it is prepared though extracting danshen and notoginseng by lye , precipitating with alcohol, concentrating, and adding other medicine and excipients. Then using the HPLC-MS and HPLC fingerprint Atlas to charactered its Physicochemical properties completely. Using the fingerprint Atlas analyse method of the present invention, the structure and comparative content of biology active component can be known. Charactered the Physical chemistry properts of danshen and notoginseng of traditional Chinese medicine preparation with this way is better than other methods of the prior art.
