An air tuyere for the blast furnace contains the water-cooled body made in the form of two coaxially located conic nozzles, rigidly connected to the copper molten snout part. The snout part and an external conic nozzle are closed in metal, for example steel casing, which is made in the form of the improper cut cone and is equipped in a smaller base with the stiffening ribs. Thus the cavity between the lance body and a metal casing is filled with a fire-resistant material.
