<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DI can manufacturing method which can prevent an occurrence of pinhole. <P>SOLUTION: In the DI can manufacturing method, drawing and ironing work are performed on an aluminum alloy sheet containing, by mass%, 0.1-0.5% Si, 0.3-0.7% Fe, 0.05-0.5% Cu, 0.5-1.5% Mn, 0.4-2.0% Mg, 0-0.1% Cr, 0-0.5% Zn, 0-0.15% Ti and the balance of inevitable impurities, to form a DI can 10 of bottomed cylinder. In the drawing and ironing work applied on the aluminum alloy sheet, a ironing ratio is 51.4% or more but 60.4% or less and a wall thickness at the thinnest part of a barrel section 11 is 0.105 mm or more but 0.125 mm or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
