PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens on which an optical base material is cemented while maintaining the quality of a hologram element, and to provide a manufacturing method of the lens. SOLUTION: The hologram element 100 is formed on the bottom cementing surface 102a of a first prism L1. Second adhesive agent 320 obtained by mixing spacer material 310 into the first adhesive agent 300 is applied on the left and right cementing surfaces 105b and 105c of a second prism L2. The first adhesive agent 300 with no spacer material 310 mixed is applied on the bottom cementing surface 105a of the second prism L2. By bringing the prisms L1 and L2 in press contact with each other while sandwiching the hologram element 100 between them, the left, right and bottom cementing surfaces 102b, 102c and 102a of the first prism L1 are cemented to the left, right and bottom cementing surfaces 105b, 105c and 105a of the second prism L2, respectively.
