PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a natural ventilating window capable of smoothly and suitably carrying out the opening and closing of a sliding door. SOLUTION: The natural ventilating window connects the sliding door 3 suspended and supported on a window frame 2 to a balancer 51 installed at the jamb 23 side of the window frame 2 with a connecting arm 53 to make the inclined opening of the sliding door 3 draw the sliding door 3 by raising the balancer 51 by an operator's operation, and the natural ventilating window 1 capable of being locked in conjugation between a sill 22 of the window frame 2 and a bottom rail 32 of the sliding door 3, on the other hand, both up-and-down guide rollers 522 are installed at the back of the balancer 51, the guide rollers 522 are held by a guide rail 521 having a C-shaped cross section installed at the jamb 23 to make the balancer 51 go straight ahead, rise and fall along the jamb 23. The oscillation of the balancer 51 is prevented to enable interlocking with opening and closing, and locking in accordance with wind pressure of the sliding door 3 to be smoothly carried out.
