PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 5-HT<SB>1B</SB>antagonist composition for treating disease of a central nervous system (CNS). SOLUTION: This pharmaceutical composition contains a 5-HT<SB>1B</SB>antagonist by being combined with a noradrenaline reuptake inhibitor (NRI) or a serotonin noradrenaline reuptake inhibitor (SNRI) and, if necessary, further contains a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The composition is used for treating or preventing the disease of the CNS, such as depression, anxiety, cognitive disorder, attention-dificit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and complicated adjustment disorder.
