THERMOSENSIBLE LIQUID FLOW REGULATOR

The invention relates to thermal equipment and refrigerating equipment, namely to the devices for distribution and regulation of the liquid flow in cooling and thermal stabilizing systems. Thermosensible liquid flow regulator has a casing with the input and output jet contours, in which are placed spring loaded valve with the control valve in it, and thermosensible drive unit. The valve manifold has external circular groove for liquid flow. Its end walls are connected with the operational and discharge cavities of the casing accordingly. The thermosensible drive unit contacts with the control valve and is connected with the liquid flow which temperature is regulated. The control valve is spring loaded and provided with the system of channels for connection the casing working cavity with circular channel of manifold valve or discharging cavity. The working elements of the thrmosensible drive unit can be the pockets of bimetal discs. In one pocket the bimetal discs with the same operation temperature are placed. The operation temperature in different pockets is selected with uniform deviation in limits from 0.2 to 2 DEGREE C. The invention shall provide the improvement of accuracy and softness of stabilization of the temperature of outlet of the flow.
