The invention relates to the field of machine-building, in particular to planetary gearings with multipair internal toothing, and can be used in drives of machines, units and mechanisms for reduction of power load with increased torque. A planetary gearing has external wheel with internal teeth of sinusoidal profile and internal wheel with external teeth, profiles of which are in contact in three and more points, and difference of number of teeth of the internal and the external wheels is larger than half of number of teeth of external wheel, at that the point of bend of sinusoidal profile of the internal teeth is at the addendum circle of the external wheel, and diameter of the pitch circle of the external wheel is smaller than its diameter of the addendum circle.
