The invention relates to arms. A round-the-clock aiming complex for missile aiming consists of day target sight system TSS, this includes aiming panelconnected to gyrostabilizer of main mirror, visual channel, optic-electric location-finder (LF), command sender (CS), its output is connected to command radio-line (CRL), night thermal-imaging sighting system (TIS) consisting of thermal vision camera (TVC), its video-signal is supplied to tele-monitor (TM), main mirror. For possibility of use of component parts of day TSS for operation at night, additionally to set of day TSS are included an adder, one of its inputs is connected to the output of LF, and the output - to input of CS, to set of night TIS are included a servo drive of main mirror, its input is connected to gyrostabilizer, a sender of angular coordinates (SAC), memory device (MD), null device (ND), at that the input of SAC is connected to the output of the TVC and the output - to the input of MD, its second input is connected to the output of ND, output - to the adder, and the input of ND is connected to the output of LF.
