PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk recording/reproducing device suppressing the erroneous detection of a TE residue and detecting tracking out-of-control. SOLUTION: A servo control part 54 performs control to change an amplitude of a correction tracking error signal generated by gain offset correction FEP parts 42, 43 so that the TE residue quantity of a tracking control state may not exceed a threshold of a hysteresis comparator 47.
