<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly cool cell modules reducing temperature differences of a plurality of the cell modules stored in a holder case. <P>SOLUTION: The battery pack cools the cell modules 1 by sending cool wind to a holder case 2 storing a plurality of the cell modules 1 arranged in three or more steps. The holder case 2 forms a closed chamber 7 closing an inflow side and an exhaust side of a pair of facing walls 4 by an inflow wall 5 and an exhaust wall 6, and the cell modules 1 are stored in the closed chamber 7. The inflow wall 5 opens an inflow opening 8 of cooling wind on both sides and sends cooling wind flowing in from the inflow opening 8 between the cell modules 1 and the facing walls 4. The exhaust wall 6 opens an exhaust opening 9 exhausting cooling wind at a center part and sends cooling wind sent along a surface of the cell modules 1 from the center part to an exterior. Furthermore, the facing walls 4 include convex parts 10 projecting between adjoining cell modules 1, and a projection height of the convex part 10 to an inner surface is made higher on the leeward than the windward. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
