<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly and effectively perform the washing of a nozzle section of a beverage dispenser. <P>SOLUTION: This beverage dispenser 1 feeds a beverage material by discharging the beverage material from nozzles 6 and 12, and is equipped with a washing device 30 for washing of the nozzles 6 and 12. The washing device 30 executes a washing operation including a steam jetting process, a washing process, a blowing process, and a drying process. In this case, in the steam jetting process, a steam of a high temperature is jetted to the nozzles 6 and 12. In the washing process, water or hot water is fed to the nozzles 6 and 12. In the blowing process, a gas is jetted to the nozzles from the upstream side of the feeding path of the beverage material.
