PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser heat transfer method and a manufacturing method of an organic electroluminescent element capable of enhancing bonding characteristics between an acceptor base plate and a transfer layer of a donor film. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method includes a step of positioning an acceptor base plate on a base plate stage inside a chamber, a step of forming an electromagnet layer at least on one face of the acceptor base plate, a step of positioning a donor film equipped with at least a photothermal conversion layer, a transfer layer and a magnetic layer on the other face of the acceptor base plate, a step of laminating the donor film on the acceptor base plate, and a step of transferring at least a part of the transfer layer onto the acceptor base plate by irradiating laser beams on the donor film.
