PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily control setting etc. of an exchange rate by each game machine. SOLUTION: A game control system S used at a game hole where game media paid out by a game machine can be exchanged to prizes at a prescribed exchange rate is provided with: a game totaling control device 111 for totaling and controlling a game state at the game machine; a counting machine 106 for calculating the game media; and a counter terminal 108 installed at the counter of the game media. The game totaling control device 111 transmits exchange rate information corresponding to identification information of a card received from the counting machine 106. The counting machine 106 writes a calculation value and the exchange rate information in a receipt, and ejects the receipt.
