An equipment for manufacturing compacted iron containing fine direct reduced iron, comprising a transfer chute with an improved structure, and a molten iron manufacturing apparatus having the equipment are provided. As an equipment(100) for manufacturing compacted iron of reduced materials containing fine direct reduced iron comprises: a charging unit(11); a pair of rolls(20) for manufacturing compacted iron by compacting reduced materials containing fine direct reduced iron; and a transfer chute(80) for transferring compacted iron discharged from the pair of rolls, the equipment is characterized in that the transfer chute comprises a plurality of linear chutes which are connected to one another within the transfer chute, and an opening at one ends of the linear chutes is smaller than an opening at the other ends of the linear chutes. The equipment further comprises a level controller(13), an opening-and-closing type valve(15), a charging hopper(25), a guide chute(29), a first crusher(30), and a second crusher(40) as occasion demands. The opening-and-closing type valve has an opening-and-closing plate(15a) and a hydraulic actuator(15b). |
