PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-control FIFO control system with a priority reading function, capable of effectively using a line even after priority reading. SOLUTION: This FIFO control system determining priority order of reading processing or writing processing to a plurality of lines in a data buffer has: an inter-line priority order identification storage part storing inter-line priority order identification information showing a priority of the reading processing or the writing processing of data about two arbitrary lines; a reading/writing priority order control part setting the priority order of the reading processing or writing processing of the data of each the line such that the priority order becomes high in proportion to an amount of the inter-line priority order identification information of the data of its own line; and a priority order identification information reversal control part changing the inter-line priority order identification information related to the other line and the corresponding line such that the reading processing or the writing processing of the data of the other line takes precedence.
