PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bone drilling instrument capable of easily recovering shaven bones and performing quick and appropriate treatment when providing a base hole on the bone. SOLUTION: The bone drilling instrument for providing the base hole beforehand so as to insert an osteosynthesis implant into the bone comprises: a cylindrical main body part 2 provided with a void part 9 in the inside; a blade part 7 provided on the distal end of the main body part 2; and a friction reduction means for reducing friction between the outer surface 18 of the bone shaven by the blade part 7 and taken into the void part 9 and the inner surface 26 of the main body part 2.
