PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing rod preventing fishline-binding part attached to the point part from coming off and dropping. SOLUTION: The fishing rod comprises a cylindrical axial rod 18 for supporting the fishline-binding part 14 for binding a fishline, wherein the cylindrical axial rod 18 is held by a holding means formed out of a recessed part 16 and a protruded part 22 for restricting relative movement thereof in the axial direction.
