<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify cutting/separation work of a rib for machining determination after a thin fragile part is formed on a synthetic resin molded article by laser beam machining. <P>SOLUTION: The cutting/separation method of the rib for machining determination is provided with a rib cutting/separation step in which the rib 13 for machining determination previously projected/formed on the synthetic resin molded article 10 is arranged between an irradiation means 21 and a machined part thickness detection means 23 and the rib 13 for machining determination is irradiated with a laser beam from the irradiation means 21 to cut/separate the rib 13 for machining determination. A laser beam passing prevention projection part 17 is previously formed on the synthetic resin molded article 10 at a position becoming a course of the laser beam penetrated through the rib 13 for machining determination at the rib cutting separation step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
