METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING NEGATIVE ELECTRODE PLATE FOR LEAD ACCUMULATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a negative electrode plate for a lead accumulator improving initial characteristics of the lead accumulator and extending a service life for the battery, and to provide the lead accumulator integrated with the negative electrode plate for the lead accumulator.

SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for the lead accumulator is composed of: a creating process for a negative electrode plate for an unformed lead accumulator creating the negative electrode plate for the unformed lead accumulator by filling active substance paste to a substrate; a tank forming process forming the negative electrode plate for the unformed lead accumulator created in the process above into a tank and making a negative electrode plate for a ready to use lead accumulator; and a pressing process pressing the negative electrode plate for the ready to use lead accumulator which is made into the tank at a pressurizing ratio of 5 to 30%.
