摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid machining device 1 capable of easily matching the axis of a water jet flow W with the optical axis of laser beams L. <P>SOLUTION: The hybrid machining device 1 comprises an axis moving means for relatively moving the axis of the water jet flow (a liquid flow) W to the optical axis of laser beams L, and a measurement means 32 for measuring the intensity of the laser beams while transmitting the laser beams L in the liquid flow W ejected from a nozzle 6.
