PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the diffusion of an unnecessary atmosphere by automatically opening/closing the openings as a carrying-in port/carrying-out port etc. in accordance with the carrying-in/carrying-out of a printed wiring board without damaging the electronic component on the printed wiring board with a simple structure wherein an actuator, a sensor, a controller, etc. are unnecessary. SOLUTION: An opening/closing plate 107 for blocking the carrying-in port 102 is swingably suspended with the upper side position of the carrying-in port 102 being used as the swinging axis thereof. In the location on a carrying-in conveyor 104 inside the printed wiring board 101 and inner than the supporting position of the printed wiring board 101 provided on the carrying-in conveyor 104, there is a region wherein the electronic component 118 is not mounted (holding portion 116). As seen from the carrying-in direction A of the printed wiring board 101, a convex body 114 is provided on the opening/closing plate 107 which slidably engages that region. The height of the convex body 114 from the plate surface of the opening/closing plate 107 is so set that the lower end of the swingable opening/closing plate 107 does not abut the electronic component 118 mounted on the printed wiring board 101, when the printed wiring board 101 passes through the carrying-in port 102.
