PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chromatography for achieving simple and high-grade separate purification by using chromatographic column filled with absorbent which has interaction with specific element of concentrate solution containing two or more elements. SOLUTION: This is the simulated moving bed-based chromatography method characterized by comprising 1st process and 2nd process combined to perform separation. In the 1st process, chromatographic column filled with the absorbent which has interaction of absorption chromatography or partition chromatography is used to feed at least either one of concentrate solution or eluent into circulatory system, extracting amount of fluid volume equivalent to a certain element supplied from one place on an enriched packed column into circulatory system, meanwhile in the 2nd process, fluid in the system is circulated without either supplying any concentrate solution/eluent or extracting any separated element.
