PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more efficiently provide information adequate to a behavior pattern of a user. SOLUTION: This information management system 1 is provided with: a task database 11 mutually associating task information by a hierarchical structure and storing the related task information associated with each other as related task information; and a service database 12 and a word-of-mouth information management database 13 storing the related information and the task information. A task extraction section 15 extracts the task information from the task database 11 and a display control section 22 displays it based on the hierarchical structure. A related task extraction section 16 extracts the related task information of the received task information from the task database 11, and a service extraction section 17 and a word-of-mouth information extraction section 18, also extract the related information associated with the received task information an the related task information from the service database 12 and the word-of-mouth information management database 13, and a display section 26 displays them.
