PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heating efficiency by preventing great heat loss of hot air by a hot air distribution varying means. SOLUTION: A path just before a heater 14 through a blower 10 of a hot air generation device from a leeward side of a cooked object in a cooking chamber out of circulation paths of hot air of a hot air circulation type heating cooker is a part for passing the hot air of which a temperature is reduced because heat energy is given to the cooked object, and is a position preventing the hot air having high energy immediately after heated by the heater 14 of the hot air generation device from passing. Because a wind direction plate 20 (the hot air distribution varying means) is provided, heat of the hot air with the high energy is not lost by contacting with the air direction plate 20. Therefore, the hot air distribution varying means does not cause the great heat loss of the hot air, and the heating efficiency of the heating cooker can be improved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
