PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unloading of a mass damper, and prevent foreign matters from entering into a press-fitting portion in a mass damper mounting structure of a constant velocity universal joint. SOLUTION: This mass damper mounting structure constituted by press fitting the mass damper 11 to an outer peripheral face of an outer member 12 of the constant velocity universal joint 100, is provided with a retaining member 31 axially engaged with the outer member 12 of the constant velocity universal joint 100 and the mass damper 11. A seal 32 may be disposed between the outer member 12 and the mass damper 11 to prevent foreign matters from entering into the press-fitting portion 20 of the mass damper 11.
