The invention relates to synthesis of active chemical compounds, namely to synthesis of ?-ketoglutaric acid salts. Combination of ketoglutaric acid residue, 2-methylquinoline-4-ylhydrazone and lithium protons results in increase of depriming activity. Dilithium salt of ?-ketoglutaric acid 2-methylquinoline-4-ylhydrazone reveals expressed depriming activity and can be used after preclinical trials in medical practice as depriming agent.
