PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pay statement system and output method which combinedly indicates each employee information related to a payment other than the pay which a company bears for an employee other than the pay and information related to the amount regarding the pay which the company pays to the employee as the pay, and easily understands the total employment cost for every employee.

SOLUTION: This pay statement system displaying and printing a pay statement for every employee or transmitting data is so constructed as to generate a pay statement 200 of the total employment cost display type combinedly displaying the information related to the payment other than the pay and the information of the amount corresponding to the pay, using data related to the contributions other than the pay individually prepared for every employee and data related to the information on the amount corresponding to the pay individually prepared for every employee.
