<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor to which accurate start control can be applied. <P>SOLUTION: This information processor is provided with: an arbitrary information processing means; a key module control means equipped with a key module interface to/from which a key module in which prescribed information is stored is attached/detached; a power supplying means for supplying power to the information processing means and the key module control means; and a power supply control switch for controlling power supply from the power supply means to the information processing means.
