PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce floating height of a magnetic head by reducing deformation of a magnetic disk in a magnetic disk drive. SOLUTION: The magnetic disk drive 1 is provided with a magnetic disk 2 recording magnetic information, a hub 10 supporting one plane side of an inner peripheral end part of the magnetic disk 2, a spindle motor 9 giving rotation force to the hub 10, a clamp 19 holding the other plane side of the inner peripheral end of the magnetic disk 2 at the hub 10, and a screw 17 by which the inner peripheral end part of the clamp 19 is screwed to the hub 10 by bending the inner peripheral end part of the clamp 19 to the screw axis direction. In this magnetic disk 1, a spacer 19 is arranged between the clamp 19 and the magnetic disk 2, the spacer 19 and the magnetic disk are arranged coaxially making an outer peripheral plane as reference, and the clamp 19 and the spacer 19 are arranged coaxially making the spacer 19 as reference.
