PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a file transfer method which can shorten download time when the size of the downloaded file does not come up to one packet. SOLUTION: When a user performs e-learning (electronic learning) using a mobile telephone 10, files of learning materials constituted of main materials and review materials are downloaded from a server device 60. First, the files of main materials are embedded to data area of a packet. When free space exists in the data area, files of review materials are embedded to the free space.
