PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reduction gear with a built-in one way clutch for an automobile brake speed test with a small number of components and easy assembly/adjustment, capable of compactifying the size of a reduction gear, allowing attachment of a wheel driven shaft from both directions of both ends of an output shaft exposing the both ends to an exterior of a gear case without disassembly of the gear case, and capable of facilitating attachment work of the wheel driven shaft. SOLUTION: The reduction gear with a built-in one way clutch for an automobile brake speed test is provided with the hollow output shaft 10 with both ends exposed to the exterior of the gear case 3, and a shaft hole 10B opened in a penetrating state for coaxially inserting the wheel driven shaft 14 from one of the ends without disassembling the gear case 3 to carry out integral rotation, an inner ring provided on an outer circumference of the output shaft 10, an outer ring 11A concentrically arranged on an outer side of the inner ring, a clutch member interposed between opposing faces of the inner ring and the outer ring 11A, and a gear 8 of a final reduction speed stage integrally rotating with the outer ring 11A.
