A composite electronic device includes: a coil conductor arranged on at least one of insulating layers; a pull-out conductor arranged so as to partially oppose to the coil conductor via the insulating layers and having one end electrically connected to one end of the coil conductor so as to constitute an inductor portion together with the coil conductor for passing an external signal; an internal conductor having one end formed in the vicinity of a part of the coil conductor on one surface of the insulating layers where the coil conductor is arranged so that static electricity generated in the inductor portion is discharged to the one end and the discharged static electricity is released from the other end to the ground; and a via electrode for electrically connecting one end of the coil conductor to one end of the pull-out conductor. A part of the coil conductor and the internal conductor constitute a portion for coping with static electricity.
