A corking device for the bottle contains a decorative housing (1), a flange (12), a locking bushing (7). It also contains a cylindrical sealing skirt (24), which tightly enters inside upper branch pipe (10) of locking bushing (7), upper branch pipe (25) for forcing through the membrane (5) of housing (1) at opening of bottle, annular transverse wall (26) and support (27), and also locking element (31) located between locking and drain bushings (7, 19) and made in the form of a ball, which overlaps axial bypass opening (14) of bottom (13) of locking bushing (7) in vertical position of bottle, moreover, the case (15) is made in the form of separate detachable component and is connected with flange (12) of locking bushing (7) with bayonet plug connector (32) formed by lugs (33) and recesses (34), which alternate, made from below on the flange (12) of locking bushing (7), which are engaged with recesses (35) and lugs (36), which alternate, made on the upper end of case (15), moreover, as recesses (35) on the case (15) are used its rectangular lateral windows (17).
