PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interphone system for a multiple dwelling house for enhancing the convenience of calling operations by facilitating the selection of a calling destination living room master unit by means of a plurality of room numbers each comprising numerals and alphabets registered in advance to each living room master unit. SOLUTION: A visitor selects a room number of a living room master unit of a calling destination among the room numbers each comprising numerals and alphabets displayed in accordance with the number of depression times of ten-keys 300 of a shared entrance unit (3a, 3b,...).
