PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily constitute a monitor service system which guarantees users' safety. SOLUTION: In the monitor service system which comprehensively monitors information sent from one or a plurality of terminals at the information processing center, a user to be monitored is searched in response to requests from other users.
