PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper sheet humidifier capable of solving a problem that the water content in the thickness direction of paper sheets is non-uniform, and the paper sheets may be curled. SOLUTION: After a paper sheet passing through a nip of a humidifying roller is inverted in the face-and-back manner on an inversion-conveying passage, the paper sheet is passed through the nip again.
